wealth of experience to the business, from selling real estate over the past 26
years in 3 states. Roberta's strengths are

TEAMWORK TRULY IS A STEIN FAMILY TRADITION!
Growing up as a child in California, it seemed I was always around real estate, though it was not my immediate career focus. In case you didn’t know, it’s no secret -- Roberta and Dick are my parents! When I graduated high school, my parents moved to Colorado to get out of the fast-paced and expensive lifestyle of California. After deciding it would be best to pursue a degree, I moved to Colorado Springs to be closer to my family and to attend college. In 1996, I graduated with a bachelor’s degree, got married to my husband Vince, we had our first daughter (Amber Rose), and we moved to Vandenberg AFB - all in the same year! I then began working as a project’s coordinator for the University of California at Santa Barbara in the Business Administration department. It was here, that I began to develop many marketing strategies and customer-service oriented talents. We fortunately were able to move back to Colorado Springs in 1999 and this is when I truly saw my parents in need of assistance with the Real Estate business. The technology had drastically changed and it was clear that they needed help! Our second daughter, Clare Jean was born in June of 2000. I began working from home as the Marketing Specialist for the Team – which included videotaping homes, flyer design, personal promotion, web site development, client appreciation coordination, and many more tasks. By 2004, it was time for me to help in a licensed capacity, thus I studied and prepared for my Colorado Real Estate License. I passed both the national and state exams on the first attempt in the early summer of 2005. I have enjoyed the new challenges of being a licensed agent ever since!

Angela West, Contract Processor for TEAM
Angela is
responsible for all the details on each and every client file. Her
attention to detail, past experience, and patience makes her a true asset to our
team! She has a business degree from the University of Phoenix with an emphasis
on Business Administration. She also has six years of experience in "behind the
scenes" real estate support, two years of property management experience and one
year of previous real estate experience.
Whether you are a Buyer or Seller, Angela will be assisting you from the initial paper work through the closing and beyond. Her job is to stay on top of everything so that your move is more smooth and hassle free.

Lisa Conroy, Team Marketing Coordinator
Lisa is
responsible for filming all of our listings and doing the write-up in order to
make your home show the best when it comes time to sell. Her talents with
interior design as well as her "can-do" attitude really add value to our team.
Lisa also calls to gather feedback from showings of your home. This allows
us to see what the consumer and agent really think and how your home compares
with other homes they have recently seen in terms of price and condition.
Another job function for Lisa, includes helping us prepare for mailings and any other miscellaneous jobs and tasks that need to get done in order to service our clients!
